• Responding to user questions and feedback through personal messages, social media, and more. • Notifying our user base of games, events, and releases. • Communicating to our users about major issues, updates or news. • Creating content including social media copy, blog posts, and more. • Participating in streams whether as a host or by engaging in the chat with our fanbase. • Responding to Google Play, Windows 10, Xbox and Amazon App Store star reviews. • Translating inbound customer feedback from Spanish to English. • Localizing online content and outbound customer responses in Spanish to support the accurate and efficient exchange of information using appropriate cultural reference and etiquette. • Translating campaigns like events, toys, community safety, Bloxys, new platform features. • Create and administer a posting schedule that caters to the Spanish-speaking communities. • Curating a Spanish-Speaking YouTube playlists. • Reaching out to Spanish-Speaking YouTuber.

Requerimientos

• Excellent communicator in Spanish and English Languages (written and spoken). • Technical writing skills and strong attention to detail. • Must, at least, have finished high school. • Ability to handle complicated situations diplomatically and remain level-headed • Experience using forums and an acute understanding of their use • Sound judgement when settling issues • A knack for noticing positivity in players and the ability to encourage it • Desire to coordinate with team members on new projects • Access to reliable internet and a laptop or personal computer • Native-level fluency in Spanish • Experience using social media such as Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Twitter, and • Twitch is a plus • With strong interpersonal, customer service, computer skills. • Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities.
