We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Customer Services team. As an Inbound Customer Services agent, you will be conducting and receiving calls consulting customers and assist them with any questions related to the Product or case.

Requerimientos

-Accent Neutral English -Strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position. -Being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing Customer questions on a professional manner. -Strong oral and written communication skills. -Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. -Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered. -Ability to create empathy / rapport with customers.
