We are looking for an English speaking manager, full time, in house in our ”rental property” in Cap Cana. We have 12 bedrooms, located in 3 villas and staff of six. The place is high end and we are ocean front so we have a lot of maintenance. We need to get the current staff to focus more on taking care of the property. so this is about managing cleaning and maintenance staff and taking care of the property.
RequerimientosFull English. Preferable woman. Can be a foreigner from south America. We need someone with education in hotel/services, already experienced from managing staff (housekeeping) and an eye for detail in a luxury hotel setting.
