Visual Information Designer & Team Lead/Coordinator

The Visual Information Designer & Team Lead/Coordinator is responsible for creating and/or acquiring content for SAMSUNG website, as well as leading the Content Team as the conceptual visionary and designer. • Manage the creation/acquisition of content o Contribute to the top-level and detailed design of the website o Ensure content is appropriately structured o Prepare textual and visual content for the website o Specify the multimedia content to support or work alongside textual content o Update and maintain time-sensitive material o Archive and backup content • Evaluate and edit o Asses and edit if necessary created contents • Publish o Schedule client reviews for created content o Once approved, orders content placement on site(s)

Marketing and Digital Communication Specialist

This position requires strong experience with Adobe Design Software (including Illustrator, Design and Photoshop), communication and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and cross-functionally to initiate and drive the overall media and digital communications to maintain account success. Coordinate and design content to our clients: business infographics and presentations, editorial and material design for internal communication, follow up site activities to create content every month but the most important always be able to collaborate with the team and Alorica's Projects. This position reports to the Director of Client Services in support of the Client, Client Services, Operations, Training, Quality, Leadership, Finance etc. to ensure the program and Alorica success in relation to media and digital communication design efforts. This candidate will be a point of contact for all media and digital communications for assigned account(s).
