• Receive concurrent technical phone conversations and respond to inquiries in a manner which meets quality and performance standards • Respond to requests from customers related to client specific programs and products • Identifies and responds to customer’s needs based on designated procedures of account/client • Troubleshoot customer’s service problems via phone support • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner • Attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines • Provide general technical support via the phone regarding equipment setup and rebooting
RequerimientosMinimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; graduation from a college with an Associate’s degree preferred Must have basic math, reading, writing and organizational skills with strong initiative Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication skills (English) Requires substantial computer communication in a technical support and customer service capacity Ability to work a variety of work schedules to include days, nights, weekends, holiday
