Due to growth, we are in need of remote support/systems administrators who are Microsoft Certified. We offer Computer Services to many small businesses in the central Florida area. We have many clients in Central Florida area that use us as their IT department. We need someone extremely dependable. excellent customer service skills & self-motivated. We need someone with experience being the only IT person available for a company that will go find the answer if they don't know it or (even better) has worked in the Managed Services Provider field handling multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. We're professional problem solvers here. The more experience the better! We deal with Networking, Active Directory, Exchange, Hardware/Software, Windows and Mac workstations and servers, AWS, remote support, Google Apps, MS Office 365, DNS, DHCP, printers (networking and setup only...no hardware), backup solutions, Dropbox, Asterisk, VoIP etc. Experience with MSP software and other applications preferred but not required. Applicant must have: - Must be Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish. -AT LEAST 3 to 5 years experience in IT field (as the tech, not just using a computer) -professional appearance -self-motivated and reliable work ethic -ability to fix computers/servers in their sleep! -Flexible availability. Some nights/weekends required, though not often -no violent or theft related criminal record, a background check will be completed

Requerimientos
