Process all reservations requests received from customers in a timely manner. Identify and verify accommodation availability. Prepare related reports as assigned. Process reservation changes, extensions, notifications, cancellations, etc Attend and resolve reservation suggestions/claims from customers, fulfilling their needs and exceeding their expectations. Meet engagements assumed with customers within the established timeline. Inform management on received suggestions/claims.
Requerimientos• Bilingual English/Spanish. Other languages a plus • Excellent Customer Service skills • Experience in tourism industry is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps Responsible and proactive Teamwork oriented and able to perform under pressure Effective conflict management skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills
