We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Assistant to join our Recruiting team! As a Recruiting Assistant at our company, you will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs. Duties: *Develop recruitment goals and objectives *Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs *Source passive candidates *Search resume databases for the most fit candidates *Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Requerimientos• Call center experience (Preferred). • English Proficiency. • Bachelors Degree (preferred). • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Self-starter, sense of urgency, ability to work in high-velocity environment. • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
