Talk2Rep is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to work with us! As an Inbound Customer Chat Sales Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities: · Receive Inbound chats from prospective customers on website · Refer to internet and supporting websites provided during training to assist the potential customer with questions related to mobile services · Work with the customer in trying to find whether they would benefit from purchasing a phone and becoming a customer of our client! · You will be chatting with 3 different people at the same time · You have the ability to get paid much more than your base rate!
Requerimientos· Must be able to read, speak and write in English · Must be able to type 50 WPM with 0 errors · Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate around the web · Must be motivated and sales driven · Interpersonal skills and strong communication skills is a must! · Must be able to multitask (remember, you will be taking 3 chats at a time)
