As Inbound Sales Representative, you will assist customers who are shopping for tickets to all kinds of events in the American and Canadian markets. This inbound sales program is easy-to-learn; you must be able to handle interactions with customers on the phones while navigating the computer, providing superb service while persuading customers in order to close the sale.
Requerimientos• Excellent English Level, written and spoken • 1year+ experience in Call Centers/BPO • Strong Customer Service, Sales and Computer Skills • Flexible schedule availability (Campaing hours 10am to 12pm, Monday to Sundays) • Dominican ID
