This is a demanding, fast-paced, extremely rewarding job, not for the faint-hearted. You will need to be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, resilience and have the desire to succeed As Upsell Representative, you will sell products and services to consumers, specifically for the American market, on behalf of businesses of all types that ranges from food, beverage, car breakdown policy and travel club membership. Most of the sales programs are easy-to-learn; you must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service. RESPONSIBILITIES As Upsell Representative, you will receive calls from consumers and will be responsible in: Dealing with multiple sets of product information Listening actively, questioning appropriately and providing feedback to build customer relationships Identifying and reacting accurately to the behavior and emotions of customers Influencing customers to buy product, subscribe to service or enroll to a policy Documenting transactions and entering orders in the billing system with thoroughness and accuracy. Maintaining quality service by adhering to company and industry best practices and standards. Maintaining required sales goals on a consistent basis.

Requerimientos

• Excellent English Level, written and spoken • Strong Customer Service, Sales and Computer Skills • Flexible schedule availability between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Sundays. • Dominican ID • Good interpersonal skills • Good listening skills and comprehension OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS: Communication and Negotiation, Up-selling Building Rapport and Listening, Probing and Prospecting, Effective Objection Handling, Strong Closing, Keen Attention to Detail,
