Lead Management & Appointment Setting. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound inquiries via phone and will assist by setting appointments for new customers. Customer service and relationships will be a main focus for this position.
RequerimientosYou must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position. Additionally being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing a daily business schedule is necessary. Knowledge of the general concept of Customer Relationship Management. Ability to negotiate successfully with potential residential and commercial customers. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
