- Must be able to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work successfully in a fast paced, multi- faceted environment. - Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical inquiries. -Responsible for answering incoming emails- calls and offering troubleshooting links/guides/directions. - Will acquire and retain multiple product range knowledge. - Must be able to adhere to an assigned work schedule, must be dependable and punctual. - Availability schedule from Monday to Friday 12:45 to 8:45 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Requerimientos

Preferable : • 18 años edad mínima. Excellent expression in both English and Spanish. Proven experience working costumen service, Strong Knowledge of costumer service, Persuasion / Patience / Conflict solving/ sense of urgency. • Nivel académico de Bachillerato • 1 ó más años de experiencia • Inglés: dominio del idioma (nativo ó 2do. idioma) • Requiere residencia actual en República Dominicana • 1 ¿Are you currently working? • 2 ¿Do you posses Dominican Cedula? • 3 ¿Have you ever worked costumer service? • 4 ¿Please comment about your last job experience? • 5 ¿Schedule availability? • 6 ¿Salary expectation?
