We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Customer Services team. As an Inbound/outbound Customer Services agent, you will be conducting and receiving calls consulting customers and assist them with any questions related to the program and services.
Requerimientos- You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly in English & Spanish and with confidence in order to excel in this position. - Additionally, being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing a daily business schedule is necessary. - Highly energetic and self-starter. - Strong oral and written communication skills along with active listening. - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
