Customer Relationship & Project Manager

Build a relationship with existing customers and potential customers. Organizes and directs activities, provides a high level of quality customer service. Promote the culture of sales and services, and coordinates the cross-selling of products and services in accordance with corporate objectives. 1. Strengthen working relationships with customers, using excellent communication techniques 2. Act as Account Management and eventual Sales Exec to support the renovation and after-sales efforts 3. Active management of a client portfolio as the main point of contact for the participation needs related to software development services. 4. Actively partner with the development team leaders assigned to the account to support activities and increase customer value Supervision for customer problems 1. Actively monitor, scale and contribute to solve the constant problems of customers related to the process / service of software development. 2. Acts as a point of escalation for critical incidents with customers that impact the use of products by customers. Leadership of the customer experience 1. Solve and address technical problems and customer satisfaction to ensure a quality environment based on customer satisfaction 2. Periodically review internal processes to ensure continuous improvement and support of new business requirements, increasing customer satisfaction at critical points of contact. 3. Stay proactively in contact with product managers on the client side to channel the supply of development services that meet changing business needs. 4. Oriented to the details and highly qualified for collaborative management, team building and the development of strong organizational relationships. 5. Analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with senior management.

Roles and responsibilities: 1. Serve a link between the technical team, the external client and the Client Services. 2. Become an expert in the subject on the data of the assigned client, as well as their common processes and methodologies. 3. Work with the development team, commercial and quality control personnel to develop and execute plans to test and validate applications. 4. Development, communication and monitoring of project deadlines. 5. Identify and complete the Change order process and manage the project according to the budget. 6. Communicate the client's expectations and project requirements to the technical team. 7. Lead and provide recommendations for improvement in business processes. 8. Participate in customer presentations / deliveries as needed. Education and skills required: 1. BS / BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Business, preferred but not required. 2. 2-3 years of experience in business administration and project management 3. Analytical skills and problem solving. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ENGLISH). 5. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including contacts with clients, executives, managers and experts in the field. 6. Able to organize, coordinate and direct users and teams. 7. Ability to use query tools and understand relational database structures and website development. 8. Organizational and time management skills. 9. Negotiation skills. 10. Availability to travel to the United States for visits to clients, project meetings and presentations.
