As an outbound sales agent, you will be conducting business to business calls consulting prospective customers and assist them in trying to see which products are offered that would benefit their needs. Requerimientos

You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position. Additionally being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing a daily business schedule is necessary. · Knowledge of the general concept of Customer Relationship Management . · Ability to cold call on perspective businesses. · Ability to negotiate successfully with potential residential and commercial customers. · Strong oral and written communication skills. · Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. · Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered · Highly energetic and self-starter. · Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. bility to resource product information via the tools that are provided to you. · Ability to independently research information via the internet. · Outstanding spelling, grammar and communication skills a MUST! · Ability to type at least 25WPM with 0 errors.
