•Three to five years’ experience managing Order to Cash personnel for a large multinational corporation •Demonstrate strong Customer Service ethic in the team through active communication, regular updates and meetings •Experience leading a team of 6 to 8 people for functions including but not limited to billing, collections, cash application and other related financial functions • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and leadership capabilities •Effective oral and written presentation skills •Develop leaders and teams that can shoulder high levels of responsibility by coaching, mentoring and motivating •Strong analytical thinking and end to end problem solving skills •Highly organized and able to prioritize projects quickly and accurately •Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment •Mentor direct reports but have the ability to identify underperforming personnel as needed •Equally comfortable working with upper level management when required to present business cases and extremely complex data or summary reports •Bi-Lingual (both English and Spanish fluency)
