3D Printing Operator

Job duties include but are not limited to: · Work together with our team 3D Printing solution. · Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. · Deliver technical and managing 3D Printing. · Develop documentation and tools to assure a great deployment of the technical information. · Maintain the training content and the product technical information. · Must be able to work 20 - 40 hours per week and occasionally on Saturday. · Able to lift and move at least 45 pounds

We are looking for an individual with: · Preferable Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical and Electronic knowledge. · Skills of customer advocacy and field experience resolving critical customer situations. · Detailed understanding of technical aspects of Solidscape/printing equipment – preferably 3D printing or industrial manufacturing (injection molding). · Solid technical skills, in order to understand/troubleshoot complex printer & system issues. · Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to optimize customer productivity and define a clear action plan. Proficient in translating analysis into strategies and actionable plans. · Positive/Upbeat,Energetic,Self-directed,Organized,Efficient and Reliable. · Operate, monitor, & repair 3D printers. · Perform post-processing as required (support removal, part cleaning, assembly, etc). · Serve as an operational improvement team member. · Administrative tasks to fulfill customer 3D printing orders. · Provide communication to customers on order status. · Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance/repairs on our printers. Examples of tasks include thing like swapping nozzles, soldering wires, and replacing parts. · Basic understanding of blueprints and drawings. · Understanding of thermal and electromagnetic properties of materials and managing emissions. The primary function of the 3D printing Operator is the post-processing of parts built on 3D printers. “Post-processing” is the cleaning and finishing of the parts with various hand tools, power tools, and common chemicals “kerosene and alcohol”. Additional essential job functions include the setup and maintenance of the printers, maintaining shop cleanliness, and occasionally helping out in molding, wax and other Functions related to wax molds.
